total area of 625 sq ft and carpet area is 425 sq ft along with a car 
parking. The cost of the property as per the owner is Rs. 52,00,000. Is 
it a good deal or should I look for another property?

 are other amenities within the residential complex, which can be 
considered. There is a good supply in this belt and you can look at 
other properties as well.

4,150 to Rs 4,700 per sq ft and in Panvel the average price of an 
apartment ranges between Rs 3,600 to Rs 5,000 per sq ft. If you want a

Panvel is a good option. But if you are looking for investment, then one
 can look for options in Ulwe or New Panvel.

What will be the price for a 1BHK flat of 450 sq ft in Sion for a 50 year old property but well-maintained?

sq ft onwards. Being centrally located the area enjoys good connectivity
 to all the major business hubs such as BKC, Parel, Lower Parel, CST, 
Mahalaxmi and so on. Good social and physical infrastructure makes this

ReplyDeleteTo dream of my house means is you are dreaming of yourself. It's very difficult to find your dream home in costly places such as Maharashtra. Panvel is going to be emerging place in maharashtra I am looking for dream yet Budget Home in New Panvel.
