REDEFINING GROWTH


Navi Mumbai and Raigad have become a preferred choice among all sections of society


Awide range of properties was showcased at
the recent MCHI
CREDAI Navi Mumbai and Raigad Property Expo 2012, which was held from 30 November- 3 December 2012. There were several reputed and distinguished participants at the event. Arihant Group, Nisarg Group, Shah Group, Marathon Group, Paradise Group and Swaraj Group, were among the many present at the event.
    Manish Bathija, MD, Paradise Group, says, "We displayed several projects like Sai Miracle, Sai Crystals, Sai Mannat and more at Kharghar and Sai Harmony at Ulwe. The configuration of these projects ranges from 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The response has been outstanding and never seen before."
    Focusing on a single project that garnered a great response, Girish Dedhia, Director, Nisarg Group, says, "We showcased our project called Hyde Park. This project is located in Kharghar and offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments."
    There were some affordable housing projects that were presented at the exhibition. Mayur Shah, MD, Marathon Group, says, "The response at the expo was overwhelming,
we had not expected such a huge crowd. We displayed our projects Marathon Nexzone, Panvel, 2 BHK and combination apartments, Marathon Nexworld, Dombivli (E), 1, 2 BHK and Marathon Nextown, Dombivli (E), 1 BHK. All these are township projects and fall under the price range of Rs 30-55 lakh, which can be regarded as affordable."
    Arihant Superstructures Ltd also showcased a few of their affordable residential projects at the expo. Ashok Chhajer, CMD, Arihant Superstructures Ltd, says, "The response was brilliant with quality crowd coming in and people who were genuinely interested in buying property. The affordable range of projects was in the price bracket of Rs 15-30 lakh. Arihant Arshiya, 1 RK, 1 BHK and 2 BHK at Khopoli, Arihant Amisha, 1 and 2 BHK, Panvel, Arihant Anmol, 1 and 2 BHK, Badlapur (E) and Arihant Aloki, 1 and 2 BHK, Karjat were some of the projects displayed."
    Navi Mumbai boasts of an extensive and well maintained railway network and road connectivity. By December 2014, the first phase of Metro rail project would be completed, informed Tanaji Satre, MD, CIDCO, while addressing the
gathering on the last day of the event.
    Spanning across several locations in Navi Mumbai, Swaraj Builders and Developers gave buyers several options to choose from. Raj

says, "We displayed various projects at the expo. Swaraj Kingston, 1 and 2 BHK, Ulwe, Swaraj Bellavita, 1 and 1.5 BHK, Ghansoli, Swaraj Daffodils, 2 BHK, Airoli, Swaraj Kalash, 1 and 2 BHK, Govandi and Swaraj Lagoona, 1, 2 and 3 BHK, Panvel, among many others."
    Discussing about the overall event, Rajesh Prajapati, President, MCHI-CREDAI Raigad, says, "We got an overwhelming response from visitors at the expo. Apart from visitors there were also large numbers of enquiries for the projects displayed on all the four days. Since Raigad was also a part of the expo, there were homes to suit every budget and lifestyle."
    The entire response for the four-day event was tremendous with about 80,000-1,00,000 footfalls and 4-5 per cent on the spot bookings being reported.
