 Atrip down the recently concluded Times Property Expo proved to be a sure treat for buyers looking for premium luxury residencies. The three-day event that ran from December 7, 2012 to December 9, 2012 at the J W Marriott Hotel saw an enthusiastic response. Exhibitors showcased projects from Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Alibaug, Lonavala, Goa and also international properties from Cyprus.
    Bombay Realty presented two new towers in their luxury township project Island City Centre. This strategically located project at Dadar (E) aims at providing the 'luxury of time' to the buyer. Manish Agrawal, Vice President - Marketing, Bombay Realty says, "The Island City Centre is spread across 29 acres in the prime location of Dadar east. The new towers are One ICC and Two ICC, each 80 storeys above. Each tower offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments in different sizes. Those interested can choose from a sea view, a mountain view or a city view."

    For those looking out for a luxury second home, Aamby Valley City had a range of enticing properties on show from Lonavala. Jangoo K. Mistry, Dy. General Manager, Aamby Valley City says, "We are offering apartments, golf condos, chalets, designer villas, waterfront villas and lakeside villas. When it comes to a second home, it is the experience that matters. Our project is 26 kms ahead of Lonavala and one has to be there to feel the ambience. Also, our project fuses entertainment with residential and across the Bombay-Pune belt, the demand for second homes is good. Our aim is to build up the awareness because our projects cater to a niche segment of buyers. We have seen a lot of interest for our waterfront villas. We also offer a subsidised helicopter service from
Juhu to Aamby Valley City for our existing citizens."
    Alibaug is turning out to be a hot destination for property investment. Samira Habitats showcased a range of their premium properties at Alibaug. Brijesh Lohana, Executive Director, Samira Habitats says, "The ambitious Government plans regarding infrastructure developments in Alibaug are going to considerably improve the connectivity to the place. The ferry service to Alibaug from Mumbai makes it much more accessible. Our project Samira Pavillion close to the Nagaon beach has 2 and 3 BHK villas, ideal for group living. At Saffron Hills, we are offering G+2 sky villas. At Santi Villas, one can buy a piece of land and we can build them a customized villa in multiples of half acre and at O2, which is our newest development and close to the Mandwa Jetty, we have plots in the range of 5000-7000 sqft."

    Showcasing properties from Pune and Goa, Pushpganga Ventures was happy with the response at the exhibition. Ammul Goel, MD, Pushpganga Ventures says, "Our project Feya Residencia at Calangute Goa follows international architecture and offers super luxurious fully furnished 2 and 3 BHK apartments. We have received very good enquiries for this project. Our project at Yerwada in Pune is close to the airport and offers all the necessary amenities. "
    The Kollage at Andheri east is another premium offering. Anil Shah, Partner, Zeir Rushi Group. says, “Andheri is a very convenient and central location. It is close to the airport and a commercial hub.”
    Krishna Ventures unveiled their project Krishna Corporate Crown that offers sea-facing apartments in the heart of Worli and Krishna Residency in Andheri (E). Vijay Khetan, Director, Krishna Ventures says, "Our current portfolio offers a diverse range of properties and the re
sponse to our projects has been very good. We saw a footfall of around 250-300 visitors during the expo and we hope to see them translate into conversions post the exhibition."
    From second homes to luxury residential apartments, the exhibition successfully brought together a portfolio of premium properties under one roof.
